Game Details
Gameplay Loop
You draw cards, gain money, and then spend that money to play one of your cards. When you do, it's worth points and it comes installed with batteries.
Battery Management
Every turn, each robot consumes one of its batteries and does its thing. If they don't have any batteries, they do nothing for the turn.
Events
Each player also has a hand of Events. They will periodically get a chance to pick one of their Events to apply to all players, ideally favoring themself the most.
Retrospective
The idea for this game came as I was wrapping up Inventors' Showcase, as a different way to make a card game involving robots. I think the gameplay loop here is much more intuitive and plays better. I'm also happy that I pushed myself to program an undo functionality, as it involved a lot of work and experimentation on my end.
